lost is a collective space for nightlife, cinema and performance, located in the historic saville theatre in central london. we aim to create an environment where everyone feels safe, respected and free to express themselves.
we ask all guests and staff to follow the house rules below to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
the venue can be loud, dark and sometimes disorientating. if you have claustrophobia, epilepsy or sensory sensitivities, please get in touch before your visit so we can offer more information about lighting and sound.
please be mindful of your footwear. flat or broad heels are recommended in this venue, and lost cannot accept responsibility for injuries.
lost invites you to disconnect. mobile devices will be sealed in secure pouches for the duration of your visit. unlocking stations will be available at exits if needed. professional photography and recording equipment are not permitted.
personal items should be kept to a minimum. a cloakroom is available for coats, but bags cannot be stored. lost cannot take responsibility for misplaced or stolen belongings.
lost is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment. any discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue. if you feel uncomfortable or witness something concerning, please speak to a member of staff.
smoking and vaping are welcome only in the designated outdoor area. please follow venue guidelines when using these spaces.
some areas of the venue are wheelchair accessible. if you have specific access needs, get in touch with us ahead of your visit so we can help make things easy.
tickets for individual events and areas are available online. additional access may be purchased on-site, subject to capacity.
lost is an 18+ space after 10pm, and entry is always at the discretion of our management. daytime screenings and events will follow individual age ratings.
flash photography and filming will take place during events, and images or footage may be used on our website and social channels.
