the senior producer oversees the entire production ecosystem of the lost creative studio, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery across all creative projects. 

this is a senior leadership role requiring extensive production expertise, strong leadership, and strategic oversight of people, budgets, timelines, and workflows. the role acts as the connective tissue between creative vision and execution, ensuring operational excellence at all levels.

key responsibilities:

leadership & strategy:

lead and manage all production-related departments, including producers, art directors, content, channel, and studio teams.

translate the lead creative’s vision into actionable production strategies.

drive the studio’s operational strategy, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and creative integrity.

project oversight & delivery:

oversee the end-to-end production of projects across all media and disciplines—digital, physical, immersive, and interdisciplinary formats.

set production schedules, resource allocation plans, and critical path workflows.

ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

team & talent management:

mentor and supervise producers, art directors, managers, and assistants under the production umbrella.

foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

identify and recruit production talent as needed to meet project demands.

process & pystems:

develop and refine production systems, tools, and processes for consistency and efficiency.

introduce project management methodologies and tools suited for creative workflows.

finance & compliance:

manage production budgets and ensure cost controls across all projects.

negotiate with vendors, contractors, and external collaborators.

ensure compliance with legal, safety, and contractual obligations.

cross-department collaboration:

act as the main liaison between creative, content, studio management, and technical teams.

facilitate clear communication across departments to streamline project execution.

key skills & experience:

minimum 10+ years of production leadership experience in creative industries (studios, agencies, or production companies).

proven track record managing multi-disciplinary creative teams and large-scale productions.

expertise in production budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

familiarity with creative tools and production software (e.g., Notion, Airtable, or equivalents).

excellent written and verbal communication skills.
